Five Things You Probably Didn’t Know About Milestone Gold Mastercard | milestone gold mastercard

Full Review of Milestone Gold Mastercard. The Milestone Gold Mastercard isn't among the best rated credit cards available on the market. Yet, you can certainly review the list of best credit cards in general for what I believe are much better alternatives. In particular, the benefits and features Milestone Gold offers are extremely appealing as well.

The most enticing part about Milestone Gold Mastercard – besides its pre-qualifying bonus – is the fact that it can dramatically improve your credit score by improving your financial credibility. Essentially, once you have been approved for this account, you won't have to worry about securing a hard pull from your savings. You'll be able to use the money towards any purchases you make.

However, there are a couple of cons associated with Milestone Gold Mastercard too. First, it has an annual fee of $12. That's not too bad as compared to some other zero or low interest introductory offers out there, but the annual fee just makes it harder to justify the cost of the card. If you're trying to improve your credit card rating and need to get a solid investment result, then this could be better options, but it may not help in that regard.

One other con of Milestone Gold Mastercard revolves around the security deposit guarantee. Because of the way Milestone Gold Mastercard works, they require a security deposit, so if you don't have enough funds in your account when you open the card, the company will not allow you to go through. For me, this isn't a big deal. If you're already facing poor credit and need an instant infusion of cash, you may consider other options available to you.

The biggest issue that many people have with Milestone Gold Mastercard is the fact that there are so many cards like it out there, offering zero or very low rates and fees. There are some good deals out there, but there also are plenty of inferior cards making it hard to justify signing up for them. Most of these are issued by banks that have very low minimum credit scores. In fact, many people have trouble maintaining even a decent credit score. If you have a decent score, however, you may want to consider Milestone because they offer such low interest rates.

Some of the pros explained above are why I personally prefer to look elsewhere for my Milestone Gold Mastercard when the time comes. You can use the benefits of zero percent APR and no annual fee to leverage your credit card into significant savings. You also won't have the insecurity that comes from being rejected due to a poor credit history or a low security deposit. With that said, there are other pros explained below which can help you make better choices when choosing between the many credit cards that have the Milestone Gold Mastercard logo on them.

One benefit of choosing this particular Milestone credit card over another is the fact that you can increase your amount of money put on the line once you have reached $1000. This means that you won't have to come up with that much in the way of security deposit if you're unable to pay back the money owed. However, you won't be able to get any kind of incentives because the point system used by the Milestone credit card site is determined by the amount of money you have put on the line. So if you're paying off a lot more than the minimum amount required, you will qualify for a better deal if you don't qualify for the Milestone zero percent APR deal. Also, you'll want to remember to pay your monthly bill on time or else you'll lose points – and thus, reduce your credit line – too.

The other benefits of this Milestone Gold Mastercard include rewards programs and cash back options. If you shop around you can find some really good incentives from this company, and there are many additional features that make this unsecured card a favorite among consumers. It comes with a one-time $100 rebate when you use the Milestone card for your purchases at any participating locations (which includes Target, Wal-Mart, KFC, etc. ), and you also earn bonus points when you bring your unused card to an authorized Milestone dealer, or use their website. The only downside to the Milestone Gold Mastercard beyond the fact that it has several security features is the fact that it isn't available in all areas.
